September 2007 and the first location of The Coffee Collective roastery located at Kastrup. Co-founder Peter N. Dupont are roasting coffee with the 12 kilo Probat roaster. Not long after these photos were taken TCC moved the roastery to Jaegersborggade and began their journey to become one of the best roasteries in the world.
